Training you and your team (1-20 people) on what to look for to prevent a cyber incident, taking you through how you can protect your business and avoid becoming another victim. Trusted partner firms will configure your email system and your computers to a secure design appropriate to your size.

What you get?

Training for your and your team, face to face (SEQ only) or online and the application of a secure configuration for your micro business covering:

How to recognise hostile email and email scams, as well as how to confirm links and attachments are safe.
Best practice around password management and multi-factor authentication.
How to protect yourself from viruses and ransomware
How to recover from an attack, and why cybersecurity insurance is critical
Your email and login systems will be configured with multi-factor authentication, anti-impersonation technologies, and email security configurations established (SPF and DKIM).
The computers login accounts will be separated so you will have an account for day-to-day use and another elevate access when you need it.
The domain name (the www.) for your business will be secured against take over.

What will happen?

You and your team will obtain the skills, knowledge, and configurations needed to protect your business from many of the modern threats that exist. Your accounts, computers, and systems will be setup to make it harder for an attacker to get it and cause damage. Additionally, you will learn about other techniques and software that can make your business even more secure.
